1. Shipping Locations
We can ship internationally. If you are located outside of our shipping zones, please contact us for possible arrangements.
2. Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Below are the estimated delivery times:
- Standard NZ Shipping: 2 to 10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 5 business days
- International Shipping: 7 to 20 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather, customs processing, or other delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
5. Shipping Issues

6. International Orders

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier for assistance.
